Welcome to Allen & Russell Collections. We are an Australian collectables store created around the idea that meaningful pieces deserve accurate information, thoughtful presentation and careful service. These terms govern your use of allenandrussell.com and purchases made through it.

Using our store

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from our Contact page. You must use the site lawfully and must not interfere with its security, operation or other customers.

Products and collectable character

We work to make titles, descriptions, measurements, materials, colours and images accurate. Screen settings, photography and hand-finishing can produce small visual differences. Many collectables are hand painted or hand finished, giving each piece individual character. Nothing here limits your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description.

Brand names, characters and artwork belonging to suppliers or licensors remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in our catalogue identifies genuine products and does not transfer those rights to us or to a purchaser.

Prices, availability and orders

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless the site says otherwise. Delivery charges and applicable taxes are shown during checkout. Product availability can change, and placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, information or pricing contains a genuine error, payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected, or delivery cannot reasonably be completed. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Payment, delivery and returns

Payments are handled through Shopify and the payment methods offered at checkout. Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns and remedies are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

Accounts and communications

You are responsible for keeping account and order information accurate and for protecting your login details. Service messages about an order are separate from optional marketing communications.

Website content

The site's original text, layout, branding and other content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where law allows. We may link to third-party services; their content and practices are their responsibility.

Liability and Australian law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss arising from misuse of the website or products. We do not exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
