Your 12-month term starts when payment is confirmed in full. Membership months follow your joining date and time in Adelaide. Each monthly reward expires at the end of its membership month, with no carryover. The free Collectors Club and its existing points programme stay unchanged.
AUD25 off AUD100
The planned welcome discount is AUD25 off one eligible order of AUD100 or more. It is single use, for the joining member only, and expires at the end of the first 12-month term. Welcome and monthly rewards cannot be combined with each other or other discounts.
Monthly rewards
The first membership month starts at AUD10 off AUD100. One qualifying month earns AUD15 off AUD150 for the next month; two consecutive qualifying months earn AUD20 off AUD200 for the following month. Keep qualifying each month to stay at the AUD20 cap. A missed month resets the next month's reward to AUD10 off AUD100. Each monthly reward is single use and for the member only.
Qualifying purchases and returns: To qualify, one order must meet that membership month's AUD100, AUD150 or AUD200 threshold. We count eligible physical merchandise including GST, after unrelated discounts but before any Fast Track welcome or monthly reward. Shipping, gift cards, fees and the membership itself do not count. For example, AUD100 of eligible goods less the AUD25 welcome discount still counts as AUD100. A return removes an order's qualification only if its retained eligible merchandise falls below that month's threshold; another qualifying order in the same month preserves qualification. Future unused rewards may be corrected, including rewards already issued. Discounts already used are honoured, and your existing refund rights, including Australian Consumer Law rights, are unchanged. Final terms will be published before memberships go on sale.
