Receive 1 point for each AUD 1 spent on eligible physical merchandise after discounts. GST is included; shipping is excluded. Points are rounded down to a whole number.
500 points. AUD 10 off.
Exchange 500 points for AUD 10 off an eligible merchandise purchase of AUD 100 or more. Shipping, gift cards, membership fees and service fees do not count towards the minimum.
Find your rewards
Open Rewards on our store and sign in with your customer account email and the sign-in code sent to your inbox. The Rewards panel shows your points and available rewards.

How the points work
Eligible spend
Points are based on the amount paid for eligible physical merchandise after discounts, including GST. Shipping, gift-card purchases, membership fees and service fees do not earn points.
For example, AUD 125.75 of eligible merchandise after discounts earns 125 points. Shipping paid on that order does not add points.
Using a points reward
Redeem 500 points in the Rewards panel to receive a single-use AUD 10 discount code. Apply the code at checkout to an order containing at least AUD 100 of eligible physical merchandise before this reward is applied.
The AUD 10 discount applies only to eligible physical merchandise. Shipping, gift cards, membership fees and service fees are excluded from both the discount and its minimum spend. The code cannot be combined with other product, order or shipping discounts.
For example, AUD 95 of eligible merchandise plus an AUD 10 gift card does not meet the minimum. AUD 100 of eligible merchandise plus an AUD 10 gift card does; the AUD 10 reward applies only to the merchandise.
Cancelled orders
Points earned on an eligible order are removed if that order is cancelled.
Bonus points
There are no sign-up, birthday or referral bonus points.

Returns and remedies are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and the Australian Consumer Law. We do not exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
