From a small keepsake to the newest building in a Christmas village, we know the wait is part excitement and part trust. This page explains how we prepare and follow your order on its journey.

Where we deliver

At launch, Allen & Russell Collections delivers to Australian addresses only. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout and depend on the delivery address.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are dispatched the next business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. The delivery option, charge and any estimate shown at checkout form part of your order. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and can be affected by weekends, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption, remote destinations and peak trading periods.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking details are supplied where the selected service provides them. Please check your delivery name and address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us promptly; we cannot promise a carrier can redirect an order after dispatch.

Delays, missing parcels and damage

If tracking has stopped unexpectedly, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or an item arrives damaged, email info@allenandrussell.com with your order number. We will investigate with the delivery provider and explain the next step.

For visible transit damage, keep the item, packaging and delivery label while we assess the issue. Photos are helpful where practical. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this process.

International orders

International delivery is not offered at launch. If this changes, available destinations and charges will be displayed at checkout and this policy will be updated.

Questions before ordering

If timing matters for a gift or occasion, contact us before ordering. We would rather give you an honest answer than make a promise a carrier cannot keep.
